METHODOLOGY TAC-TECH

The tactic football staff work to our TAC-TECH methodology which has been developed over 15 years of coaching and management experience working with some of the finest players at the finest professional clubs.

Not only is the programme a TACTICAL (TAC) education tool working to enhance players and coaches understanding of roles and responsibilities on the pitch but it also fine tunes the TECHNICAL (TECH) element of their play.

Via the TAC-TECH model we can target specific areas of both individual, group and team play to create the footballers of the future playing in the teams with a style of play which is attractive and fluent.

Inspiration from the modern teams like BARCELONA, REAL MADRID, MANCHESTER UNITED, ARSENAL and players like MESSI, GERRARD, RIO FERDINAND, ASHLEY COLE, CRISTIANO RONALDO have driven our coaches to create a model which can inspire players to Aspire, Believe and Achieve their dreams of following in their heroes footsteps.

The TAC TECH model can also allow Athletic development and off pitch understanding of how to me a model professional through the FOOTBALL SCIENCE element of the model. Knowing how to be the best both on and off the pitch is vital in achieving that dream of being a professional footballer.
